The carelessness of humans

After browsing one of the sites I usually go to I found this in it:

Just read the numbers in the end. If you become offended by what you see, don't take it out on me but rather try and do something about the problem presented.
It's just another proof of how utterly careless we humans are and how completely ignorantly we behave.

Shame on you and shame on me!
